At Gengar Gems, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of sealed products and Pokémon card singles in the TCG industry, we do not accept returns. This policy ensures the integrity and authenticity of every item we sell.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or is not as described, we want to make it right. Please contact us at jake.anthony711@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll work on a resolution.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped, but a 3% cancellation fee will be applied to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

To request a cancellation, email jake.anthony711@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #..." and include your order number for quicker processing.
